Quality Manager
The Quality and Food Safety Manager will oversee and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality control systems and leading initiatives to meet regulatory and customer expectations in the food manufacturing space.

Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality and food safety programs to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external regulatory agencies during inspections.
- Train and mentor team members on quality and food safety protocols.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Maintain documentation for quality and food safety compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to enhance company standards.

Profile
A successful Quality and Food Safety Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Background in the retail industry, with a focus on Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Job Offer
