Estimator

We are seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join a leading construction team in the property industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage project costs and contribute to successful project completion.

Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets and schedules.
• Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project standards.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and construction methods to improve the accuracy of estimates.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• A strong background in construction cost estimation within the property industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• An understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
