• Work on high profile projects valued over $20m
• Work in an occupied hospital
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any challenges.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Monitor procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
