Well established local general contractor with over 20 years of business developing strong client relationships and impacting the communities in which they build. With annual revenue of $200M, they continue to strategically grow and ensure a stable project pipeline for their employees.

Description

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and updates.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and permits.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Resource Management: Allocate materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, address issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Profile

• 5+ years experience with a general contractor
• Must have previous project experience over $5M
• Preference for candidates with large scale public work (K12, government/town buildings)
• 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred, but not required
• Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
• Strong leadership skills
• Professional business aptitude
• Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: Procore, AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT

• Base salary 100-135k contingent on experience
