The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting within professional services (e.g., consulting, finance, legal, or accounting). Up to $120K annually and in Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting within professional services (e.g., consulting, finance, legal, or accounting). Up to $120K annually and in Manhattan.
Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for lateral hires across various business units
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently
- Proactively source candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of experienced professionals in key practice areas
- Guide candidates through the interview process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in ATS systems
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support hiring strategy
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Profile
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a professional services environment (financial services, legal, consulting, or accounting preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Proven success managing multiple searches across a range of roles and seniority levels
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-performance environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
