Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for lateral hires across various business units
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently
• Proactively source candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of experienced professionals in key practice areas
• Guide candidates through the interview process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in ATS systems
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support hiring strategy
• Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a professional services environment (financial services, legal, consulting, or accounting preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Proven success managing multiple searches across a range of roles and seniority levels
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-performance environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
