The Scheduling Manager II will play a critical role in driving schedule performance across large, complex projects, reporting into senior project leadership.- Develop, manage and maintain fully integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Take full ownership of project schedules from pre‑construction through completion
- Partner with project executives, project managers and field teams to drive schedule alignment
- Lead pull planning / Last Planner sessions and apply lean scheduling principles
- Analyze schedule impacts, risks and recovery plans for large, multi‑discipline projects
- Support forecasting, progress updates and executive‑level reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling best practices across the region
Profile
For the Scheduling Manager II role we are seeking:- Proven experience with a large general contractor on complex projects
- Background in mission‑critical, data center, aviation, industrial or large commercial work
- Experience managing entire project schedules, not isolated scopes
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- Hands‑on experience with pull planning / Last Planner methodologies
- Strong understanding of lean construction and scheduling principles
- Willingness to work on‑site and relocate if required (relocation support available)
Job Offer
- Base salary in the $150,000 - $160,000 range (flexibility for the right candidate)
- 15% annual bonus tied to company performance
