Refinery Operations Supervisor - Chemicals - Braintree, MA
As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10 individuals who report directly into you. This is a key position in which you will ensure that the plant is running smoothly and that the business is meeting it's daily objectives. Your desire to lead people and business initiatives will help make you successful in this exciting position.

Description
Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 10 individuals
- Ensuring the plant is running smoothly
- Implement and adhere to safety practices
- Manage plant production planning
- Manage maintenance across plant and follow up on maintenance jobs
- Ensure products meet specifications
- Hire, onboard and train employees
Profile
- Degree in chemical engineering or other engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Desire to lead a team
- Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
- Background as: Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Engineer, Team Lead, etc.
