- Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs, detailed cost estimates, and competitive bids for luxury interior projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure scope alignment and pricing accuracy.
- Engage in subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and pricing analysis for premium interior trades.
- Collaborate with project teams on budgeting, value engineering, and project handoff.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, and high-end architectural details to create informed and reliable estimates.
- Support preconstruction strategy and contribute to winning complex, design-forward projects.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience estimating luxury commercial or high‑end corporate interior projects in NYC.
- Strong understanding of premium finishes, millwork, specialty materials, MEP coordination, and interior build sequencing.
- Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized, with excellent follow‑through.
- Strong communicator who builds great relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Passionate about quality, design intent, and creating accurate, thoughtful estimates for complex interiors.
