Accounting and Finance Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an organized and driven Accounting and Finance Technical BA to provide support to our Technology department. This role requires a keen understanding of both accounting principles and technology, along with the ability to communicate effectively.

Description

• Develop technical solutions to support the accounting and finance functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and manage detailed reports to present to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Profile

• Experience in accounting configuration for various financial products, including fixed income, equities, repos, tri-party transactions, derivatives, and secondary loan trading.
• Familiarity with Broadridge systems is a plus.
• Experience working with primary dealers is highly desirable.
• Exposure to financial reporting is a valuable asset.
