Project Manager - Commercial - Springdale, AR

An established and growing commercial construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex build projects from pre‑construction through to completion. This is a hands-on role offering ownership of programmes, budgets and stakeholder relationships within a collaborative, delivery‑focused environment.

Description

As the Project Manager, you will report into senior operational leadership and take full responsibility for the successful execution of assigned commercial construction projects.

You will:

• Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage all project documentation including drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information and schedules
• Coordinate project resources, subcontractors and key vendors across multiple workstreams
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, designers and external stakeholders
• Track project costs, review invoices and produce accurate budget and cost reports
• Negotiate and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects progress in line with agreed schedules, quality standards and safety requirements

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• A minimum of five years' experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven experience creating and managing construction schedules
• Strong capability reviewing construction documents, including plans, specifications and submittals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
• OSHA 10 certification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• A structured, detail‑oriented approach with the confidence to take full ownership of projects
