Project Engineer - Multifamily

We're looking for a Junior Construction Project Engineer to support project management efforts across healthcare and institutional construction sites. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow, learn field operations, and take ownership of project documentation and coordination.

Description

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination and project documentation
• Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure deliverables remain on schedule
• Help manage site logistics and safety documentation
• Support procurement tracking and ensure materials are on-site when needed
• Learn project workflows from preconstruction through closeout

Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with some experience in construction-preferably within healthcare projects. They are eager to learn from experienced mentors, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and bring a proactive, team-first mindset to the job site and office alike.
