Superintendent - Historical Restoration - Manhattan, NY
This is a site-based Superintendent role for a $3M ceiling and interior façade historical restoration project in Manhattan. The position is open due to project expansion and offers long-term potential in Manhattan.
Client Details
A small, well-established New Jersey-based general contractor with a strong track record in the NYC market. Known for delivering high-quality work across a range of commercial and specialty projects.
Description
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
- Maintain safety compliance and site documentation
- Liaise with project managers and stakeholders
Profile
Has experience running commercial or specialty projects, ideally with historical restoration exposure. Must be proactive, organized, and ready to hit the ground running.
