Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of projects, including K-12 schools, government facilities, SCIFs, and interior renovations. You will oversee all phases of project management, from preconstruction to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager - K-12 / Interiors / Government - Northern VA will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects in diverse sectors, including interiors, K-12, government, and SCIF projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to schedule and cost.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and support their professional development.
Profile
The Project Manager - K-12 / Interiors / Government - Northern VA will be:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Experience managing projects in interiors, K-12, government, or SCIF environments.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Job Offer
The Project Manager - K-12 / Interiors / Government - Northern VA will receive:
- Salary of $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
- $4,800/year car allowance.
