Description

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial projects, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to internal teams and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear agendas, minutes, and action items to drive progress and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define project scope, customer requirements, and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to enhance processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities that may impact project success.

Profile

Successful candidates for the Project Manager role will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
    Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role, preferably within the [specific industry or sector].
    Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
