Project Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry-whether in the field, office, or a combination of both.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Support document control and maintain accurate project records (drawings, specifications, logs, reports)
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
Assist with project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with field teams to address construction challenges and maintain productivity
Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Approximately 2 years of experience in the construction industry (internships, fieldwork, estimating, etc.)
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, P6, or similar) is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to work on active job sites and travel locally as needed
