- Lead the introduction of new products by overseeing design and development, materials testing, and preparation of specifications.
- Prepare and manage component manufacturing documentation, ensuring customer approvals and compliance.
- Collaborate with customer technical personnel to define producible and cost-effective solutions.
- Investigate and address manufacturing issues, including those related to inspection and testing.
- Develop and refine operating equipment specifications, improve manufacturing techniques, and integrate new process equipment.
- Work with design teams to ensure process and design compatibility.
- Review and implement engineering changes, and provide technical support to production planning and engineering teams.
- Recommend product and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Prepare engineering schematics, parts lists, and facilitate manufacturing planning.
- Analyze production practices, recommend production methods, and lead product or process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery on commitments.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of concepts in the field of engineering.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, technical computer modeling, and statistical tools.

- Competitive base salary of $100,000- $120,000
