Treasury Analyst
The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing cash flow, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This temporary position offers an opportunity to contribute to a not-for-profit organization's Accounting & Finance department.

Description
- Analyze daily cash flow and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Monitor and manage banking relationships to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining treasury policies and procedures.
- Provide support in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team on special projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Profile
A successful Treasury Analyst should have:
- A strong background in Accounting or Finance, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and cash management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls related to treasury operations.
