Description
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of product strategies aligned with company objectives. Create tactical plans to drive product success within key markets.
- Pricing and Profitability: Develop pricing strategies for new product introductions and ensure ongoing pricing is competitive and aligned with market demands.
- Product Development: Identify market needs and opportunities through customer insights and industry trends. Help guide the development of new products to meet those demands.
- Project Management: Oversee the progress of product projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet market requirements. Ensure successful product introductions with the necessary promotional and support resources.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and shifts in the marketplace, adjusting product strategies to align with customer expectations and competitive pressures.
- Technical Marketing: Coordinate product information dissemination and create technical content to support sales efforts and customer understanding. Provide training to internal teams.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Work with sales teams to assist in accurate demand forecasting. Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on feedback and market conditions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Marketing, etc.).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing.(Required)
- Experience in industrial or technical product categories.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various departments.
