Multifamily Superintendent
Seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to manage daily on-site operations for single-family and custom home builds across Bucks County, PA. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a candidate with a proven background and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

You would be working for an established premier home builder that has built hundreds of single family homes and multifamily properties across the Greater Philadelphia region.
Description
Oversee daily operations of residential construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections while managing all phases of construction-from site prep to final punch list. Maintain quality control, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications through regular site inspections and short-term scheduling. Communicate progress and resolve issues proactively, while documenting activity using construction management software.
Profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory experience in residential construction (single-family, townhomes, or custom homes).
- Strong understanding of all construction phases, residential building codes, trades coordination, and local permitting processes in Pennsylvania.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with homeowners, tradespeople, inspectors, and internal staff.
- Comfortable using construction management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore), MS Office, and mobile-based reporting tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade school a plus.
