Multifamily Wood Frame Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Multifamily Wood Frame Superintendent to lead field operations on a multifamily construction project in Mount Holly, NJ. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, maintain site safety, ensure quality control, and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and the project management team to meet project timelines.

Description
Site Supervision: Supervise and schedule daily work of subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedule and scope
Safety Compliance: Conduct daily quality inspections and ensure a safe, clean, and secure job site
Project Management: Coordinate with the Project Manager on budgets, change orders, schedules, and documentation
Documentation: Maintain detailed daily logs and construction reports. Read and interpret blueprints, product manuals, and specifications
Quality Control: Proactively address any delays, safety risks, or quality issues on-site
Profile
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in multifamily construction management, preferably wood-frame projects
Education: High School Diploma required; some college or construction management coursework preferred
Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and blueprint reading
Tech: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); basic computer literacy required
Other: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
Job Offer
Competitive Base Salary: up to $90K (depending on experience)
Annual Bonus: Discretionary, issued around February/March
