Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
• Utilize Excel and Bluebeam for project documentation and reporting
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service
• Occasionally travel to project sites across MA, CT, NH, and RI

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong background in both ground-up and tenant improvement projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
• Must be commutable to Needham Heights, MA
