Description

  • Manage and oversee all production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and a safe work environment.
  • Optimize production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is operating effectively and downtime is minimized.
  • Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
  • Lead and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall business objectives.

Profile

A successful Production Plant Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of production processes within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

  • Experience in optimizing plant operations and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
