Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the VP of Accounting. This leadership role involves overseeing financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Description
Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and corporate card programs.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes for multiple legal entities.
Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align financial reporting and goals.
Improve accounting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Manage quarterly group reporting to parent company.
Support internal control processes and documentation.
Assist in drafting accounting memos and policies on technical accounting issues.
Maintain and support ERP systems, including NetSuite and SAP implementation.
Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
Handle special projects as needed.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA Required
Minimum 5 years' accounting management experience, preferably in CPG or retail.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality results on time.
