Description

Superintendent - Commercial/ Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and collaborate with project teams (including Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and APMs).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and effectively manage onsite operations.
• Foster a positive team dynamic and strong communication across all project stakeholders.

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial/ Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Will have

• 10-15 years of relevant construction experience, particularly in multifamily, residential, and commercial projects.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects, with a deep understanding of scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction technologies.

Job Offer
