Lead Superintendent | Mid-Market GC, Industrial Leader
Lead all field operations on mid-market commercial construction projects across the Milwaukee area, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This critical role serves as the central point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and clients, driving site efficiency and project success from mobilization through closeout.

Description
- Direct and Manage: Oversee all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, self-perform labor, and material deliveries.
- Safety and Quality Control: Implement and enforce rigorous site safety programs and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Scheduling: Develop, update, and manage the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the design team, Project Manager, owners, and all field personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation related to site conditions, inspections, and issues.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior field staff and contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on $5M - $50M commercial construction projects (e.g., office, light industrial, healthcare, retail).
- Demonstrated expertise in site logistics, managing complex schedules (CPM), and trade coordination.
- Strong knowledge of all construction trades, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA 30 certification required).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
- A stable career history reflecting the ability to manage projects independently and successfully.
