Construction Project Manager (Healthcare)
The Construction Project Manager (Healthcare) will oversee and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Description
- Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and healthcare standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and cost estimations.
- Ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager (Healthcare) should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the property industry, specifically with healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
