Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join a leading luxury residential builder in Jupiter, FL. Description

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of luxury residential construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control to maintain the highest standards.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Support the permitting and inspection process to comply with local building codes and regulations.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in luxury custom home construction.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar.
• A passion for high-end residential construction and a strong understanding of luxury design elements.
