Industrial Engineer

This role focuses on developing and maintaining manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), programming metal fabrication machines, and driving lean manufacturing process improvements. ​ Enhance process capability and production volumes while upholding and advancing quality standards.

Description

• Programming and Operation: Program press brakes, panel benders, lasers, and other advanced robotic equipment.​
• Data Management: Create and maintain product routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Item Master data records.​
• Process Analysis: Conduct operational analyses of production methods to evaluate labor efficiency and recommend improvements.​
• Process Optimization: Enhance process capability and production volumes while upholding and advancing quality standards.

Profile

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience, metal fabrication experience is a plus
• Hands-on programming experience with lasers, automated welding systems, or press brakes
• Bachelor degree preferred: Engineering focus
• Strong experience with CAD/CAM software

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $90,000 based on experience
• 3 weeks of PTO
