Project Executive | Commercial TI | Mountain View
The Project Executive will oversee multiple concurrent Apple and Stanford projects, providing executive-level leadership across project teams, client relationships, and strategic planning.
Client Details
A well-established, family-owned general contractor on the Peninsula is seeking a Project Executive to lead its growing portfolio of high-profile commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. The firm, founded in the 1980s and now run by a second generation of leadership, has become a trusted partner for complex occupied lab and office renovations across Silicon Valley.
The company has a particularly strong relationship with Apple and Stanford, consistently winning repeat work and delivering large-scale, fast-paced TI projects ranging from $10M-$20M.
Description
- Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial TI projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Act as the senior liaison for key clients, including Apple and Stanford, ensuring consistent communication and long-term relationship development.
- Lead project teams, including Senior Project Managers and Superintendents, to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Review budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and buyouts, providing high-level guidance and risk management.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to the firm's growth strategy, especially within the Apple program.
- Foster a collaborative, hands-on culture aligned with the company's family-oriented values and entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of $170,000 to $190,000 based on experience.
- Bonus potential ranging from 12-15% of base salary.
