The Construction Estimator - Ground Up Higher-Ed Projects - Boston MA will be responsible for:
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for projects in markets such as healthcare, education, historic renovation, municipal, commercial, and residential.
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
- Meet with clients and project stakeholders to understand expectations and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing.
- Support the preconstruction team in evaluating project risks and opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, methods, and industry trends.
Profile
The Construction Estimator will possess:
- 5+ years experience
- Proven ability to work independently and own the estimating process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
The Construction Estimator will receive:
- Compensation up to $135,000
