Description

• Conduct Analysis of Jobs Including Month End Budget Reviews
• Manage Job & Unit Costing on Projects
• Prepare Monthly Contract and Time & Material Billings
• Coordinate Loading of Jobs and Change Orders into Accounting and Field Reporting Software
• Proactively Communicate with Project Team and Stakeholders
• Lien Preparation
• Assist with Collections
• Preparation of Journal Entries

Profile

• Solid Accounting Knowledge
• Very Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Good Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to Effectively Communicate at All Organizational Levels
• Willingness to Learn, Desire to Handle a Variety of Challenging Tasks
• General Ledger, Billing and Costing Experience Required
• Accounting/Finance Degree Preferred
