Seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Superintendent to oversee interior construction projects. Description

• Manage all on-site activities for commercial interior fit-out projects across NYC.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule and quality.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes.

• Conduct daily site inspections, manage punch lists, and oversee quality control.

• Communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and client representatives.

• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other construction software to manage documentation and reporting.

• Establish and refine site management processes as the company grows.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with design intent.

Profile

You are a detail-driven leader with a strong background in commercial interiors and a passion for delivering polished, client-focused spaces. You thrive in fast-paced environments, understand the nuances of NYC construction, and are motivated by the opportunity to help shape a growing company's reputation.

You'll stand out if you:

• Have 8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors.
