Superintendent - Multifamily

As a Superintendent your role will be a key member of the team and will be resposible for the multifamily projects. You will oversee all aspects of the projects from start to finish.

Client Details

We are a small general contractor focusing on multifamily apartments in San Diego. We have a small but strong team and are looking to add aditional members as our company is growing. Our team consists of seasoned professionals, and our goal is to scale the amount of projects and employees within this coming year.

Description

* Work with supervision and support the field crew
* Assist with the project manager to create and approve material and labor budgets for assigned job sites within the designated territory; review and approve high level transactions.
* Assist with the labor force for all projects within their region.
* Provide updated reports of projects status to senior project management as required.
* Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations.
* Consistently evaluate and train key personnel within their territory.

Profile

• 7+ years in commercial and podium multi-family required.
• Modular experience.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of construction principals/practices required
• Experience directing and coordinating trades
• Experience working with Project Management team including successful completion of projects
• Knowledge of San Diego trades and permit process a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
