AP Specialist
This Accounts Payable role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate and timely disbursements. This position also supports reconciliations, maintains AP records, and assists with month-end close activities.

Description
Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Support purchasing and operations teams as needed
Maintain organized and accurate AP records
Profile
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within food and beverage, manufacturing, or distribution
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, three-way matching, and payment cycles
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
