Finance Manager - Manufacturing

Our client seeks a Finance Manager to lead planning processes, including quarterly and annual forecasts, long-term financial planning, and internal reporting. This role also oversees the quarterly close, provides critical business insights, and manages one direct report

Description

• Lead quarterly and annual forecast P&L processes, business insights, and reporting for executive leadership and ad hoc requests.
• Manage quarterly close processes, including consolidation, analysis, and reporting for internal management, Investor Relations, and SEC reporting.
• Supervise and mentor one direct report, supporting development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company reporting controls and risk management.
• Identify and implement improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience with solid US GAAP knowledge.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Anaplan, Essbase, and HFM preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in Power BI and Azure is a plus.

Job Offer

$120,000 - $160,000 with 10% bonus and Full Benefits
