Description
Own end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles.
Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data in Workday, including time and attendance records, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support payroll reporting and audits by maintaining accurate documentation and generating reports as needed.
Assist with payroll system updates, implementations, and testing, particularly within Workday.
Stay current on multi-state and Canadian payroll laws and regulations.
Profile
3+ years of payroll experience; prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
Experience processing multi-state payroll; exposure to Canadian payroll a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and proactive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Job Offer
$80,000 - $95,000 with overtime eligibility
