Description

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to closeout

• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery

• Oversee budget, cost control, and risk management

• Lead progress meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Drive quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Local market knowledge (South Florida) is a plus
