Project Manager, Commercial Construction
Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead impactful projects in education, municipal, and commercial sectors? A well-respected General Contractor in South Florida is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team and oversee high-profile builds from conception to closeout.

Description
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to closeout
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
Oversee budget, cost control, and risk management
Lead progress meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Drive quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Local market knowledge (South Florida) is a plus
