Description

• The Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction TI will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain progress and client satisfaction.
• Manage subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and performance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvements.
• Proven experience managing high-end office build-outs and other complex commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
