We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and oversee restaurant and mixed commercial projects throughout Texas and surrounding states. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under tight deadlines, and enjoys working directly with owners, design teams, and field crews to bring dynamic spaces to life.

Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Oversee ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and remodels across retail, office, healthcare, and light industrial sectors.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.

  • Drive project quality, safety, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Profile

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.

  • Proven experience with both ground-up builds and remodels/renovations.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
