Project Manager, Healthcare Construction
The Project Manager will:
- Lead healthcare projects from precon through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA protocols, and life safety standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and project communication
Client Details
My client is a trusted GC and construction manager serving PA, NJ and DE. They deliver complex commercial construction projects up to 100M. Sectors they focus on are healthcare, education, multifamily housing, and life sciences
Description
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and documentation (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA protocols, and life safety standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and project communication
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
Job Offer
- 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor or construction manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or engineering is preferred
- Strong financial management and scheduling expertise
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of infection control planning and occupied facility work is a plus
- Proven leadership and communication skills
