Luxury Home Superintendent- Miami

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years managing ground-up luxury home construction projects valued at $10M+. This role will oversee all aspects of high-end residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

• Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for ground-up luxury homes
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standard and in compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Handle quality control and resolve any onsite issues that arise
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their vision is executed seamlessly

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent on ground-up luxury residential projects valued at $10M+
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction techniques, materials, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with architects, clients, and designers
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Miami
• Leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and within scope
