Description

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize project efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to ensure high-performance standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns effectively.
