• Manage end-to-end trade operations processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all trade operations.
• Oversee trade settlements, confirmations, and reconciliations to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
• Monitor risk management processes and address discrepancies proactively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the trade operations team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence.
• Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on operational performance.

Profile

A successful Trade Operations Manager should have:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of Operations experience
• Fixed Income trade settlement experience required
• Previous experience in a management capacity
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for trade operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
