Project Manager - Charlotte Commercial & Hospitality
This role oversees a ground‑up project in Sunset Beach while partnering closely with senior leadership in the Matthews, NC office. It's a strong step up for an experienced APM ready to run a project or a PM seeking broader responsibility.

A well‑established southeastern GC known for delivering high‑quality commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. The team values collaboration, clear communication, and hands‑on leadership across all job sites.
Description
* Manage all phases of a ground‑up project from planning to closeout.
* Lead daily coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and partners.
* Monitor schedules, budgets, and contract compliance.
* Review drawings, oversee RFIs/submittals, and ensure quality standards.
* Utilize Bluebeam and Timberline to track updates, costs, and documentation.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
* 1-2 years as a PM or extensive APM experience ready for promotion.
* Background in wood‑frame multifamily or hotel construction.
* Proficient in Bluebeam and Timberline.
* Clear, consistent communicator and collaborative problem‑solver.
* Able to manage an on‑site project with minimal oversight.
Job Offer
* $100K-$130K base salary
