Description

* Manage ground‑up multifamily projects from preconstruction to close‑out

* Control budgets, schedules, and cost reporting

* Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance

* Partner closely with field leadership on execution

* Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to ownership

Profile

* Proven experience delivering $20M-$50M projects

* Strong background in multifamily or mid‑rise construction

* Ground‑up construction expertise

* Familiarity with the Miami/South Florida market preferred

* Collaborative leadership style in fast‑paced settings
