Description

As the Project Manager you will:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.

Profile

The successful Project Manager will have:

• 5 - 10 years in the Project Manager role in the Construction Industry
• Experience in project management in corporate interiors and restaurant/retail
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team
• Ability to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston markets
• Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines
• Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
