Superintendent
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients will be essential to the overall success of each project.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent to join us in overseeing our construction projects with precision and efficiency.
Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgetary goals are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and material tracking logs.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
Profile
Construction Superintendent must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of success in a superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and documents.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus.
