Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Supports project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects. Assists with budgets, schedules, subcontractor management, site visits, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Schedule monitoring and updates
- Subcontractor coordination
- RFI and submittal processing
- Change order management
- Job site visits and reporting
- Meeting coordination and minutes
- Vendor and material procurement
- Support with project closeout
Profile
A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with 2+ years of experience in commercial construction. Strong communicator with solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Able to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and support project managers in delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
