Site Supervisor/Superintendent - SCA Construction
A well-established general contractor specializing in SCA interior and exterior renovations is seeking two experienced Site Supervisors/Superintendents. You'll oversee daily site operations, inspections, and subcontractor coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Description
- Manage daily site operations, including inspections and safety documentation
- Attend bi-monthly construction progress meetings and site inspections
- Interface with subcontractors, school personnel, and Senior Project Officers (SPO)
- Ensure timely project completion and compliance with SCA standards
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager
Profile
4-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor for a GC (NYC SCA projects only)
Proven track record of closing out at least 2 projects successfully
Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ (flexible)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $115K - $160K (can go higher based on experience)
- Bonus: $10K - $20K
- Travel & toll reimbursement (excluding mileage/truck)
- PTO: 5 vacation + 5 sick days
